Afternoon/Evening Bubble Watch

Oregon State leads Washington inside of 40 seconds left. Alabama has choked up a big lead and is tied with lowly South Carolina.

Feeling now like tomorrow’s tilt with the Hoos will be our play-in game.

I’ll give Brian Gregory credit for having the guts to suspend his best player, but what’s left on the GT roster is awful. Once Miami started to pull away I had to turn that game off. That was the worst performance I can remember by an ACC team. GT just couldn’t make a basket for nothing. Heinous. As bad as BC was, they were considerably better yesterday than GT.

I’m beginning to wonder if lunardi has it in for us. If we lose to uva it doesn’t matter.

It doesn’t matter who is listed ahead of us. A win will jump us significantly forward. Keep the eyes on the prize. Just win today.

“Look bro’s, we beat BC…if we don’t beat Virginia we don’t deserve to go anywhere but back to Raleigh for a home N.I.T. game. It’s Virginia, not the Chicago Bulls, had em beat in Raleigh.”

My question would be — why do certainly other teams ‘deserve’ to be ahead of us?
