My marginal prognostication gut says the Pack wins rather easily. I suspect that with a tourney bid almost in hand…Da U is due to crap the bed. We shall see.

Congrats to CJ, AJ, and Kendall Smith. Hopefully they all start.

    Huge late bucket by Lo and also huge to not give up the tip bucket at the buzzer. Survived the Cane run. Still feel pretty good re our chances. Very quiet game for CJW.

    According to UNC fans that would mean we have shot many more foul shots and have fewer fouls called on us.
    Is that the case?

    Three two-ish minute lulls where we played really bad. Soundly outplayed them the rest of the half. Very hard to figure out why.

    Howell is a really lazy defender. He slaps and reaches a lot, which always at least LOOKS like a foul.

    Well Rick,

    If you want an honest opinion, the game has been well called.

    Howell has 3 PF just the same.

    We are turning the ball over and can’t make FTs.

    We are giving Miami too many 2nd chance points.

    We look dumb and only down one.

    How kind the three-point arc is to visiting teams at the RBC.

    Hope Leslie will stay in Raleigh with Brown next season.

    Poor Rich. On the one hand, yeah he’s got to learn to dial it down and play more carefully. On the other hand, he gets stuff called on him that nobody else does just because he’s so big (and has such quick hands for a guy so big).

    I hope that one of those McDonalds players can shoot, because we are a brick house. Also I hope Calvin stays for next year. Do we get upgrades at shooting, passing, and size next year?

    What Leslie does so well is that he defends first with his feet. Then gets his hands involved once the ball is in the air. Howell…does not. He just starts poking and slapping.

    We bring in two shooters, at least one great passer and two guys wiht size at their position.

    We will have two players would can take over the game at the end.

    Looks like Leslie is having a Josh Powell like second half to the season and may get hyped and have a choice to make

    Leslie is much quicker than Howell though, and not as agile on his feet. Gotta bad feeling that Leslie is showing just enough skill to go pro this year. Would really love to see our team next year with him.

    Am I the only one who just can’t stand the constant scowl Howell has?!
    That boy makes more boneheaded fouls than any Pack player I can remember….and in his mind he never made a one of them. He just is not quite as athletic as other big men.

    Not having to use a bad shooter (Lo) to take the shot at the buzzer will be sooooo helpful. We need a scorer who can also shoot. Don’t have that now.
