If we want to have a chance of making the tournament we need this game. It will be a game of wills. Whichever team can impose their will on the other will win this game. We need a high scoring game.

    I would welcome the SEC just to get rid of the ACC refs.

    The foul on Zo should have been called. And we should have gotten it to Wood on the inbounds.

    Sigh…that was a terrible last possession out of a time out…great crap we didn’t even get a good look at the basket…I feel sick…

    We called timeout there, let their D rest a bit, and then get set…..and THAT’S the play we come up with out of the timeout?????

    If you look at that play, Brown was triple teamed, the lane was wide open and all of our guys were on the perimeter. Our basketball IQ is low.

    …and then you have a number 50 ranked team playing a number 20 ranked team to a 1pt game…given our “LIMITATIONS”…. that is statistically outside the norm on the positive side of things….

    0-2 for the week. Got the crapped kicked out of as at UNC (like clockwork) and let UVA come in our house and play their shitty little game. Going to take a little more time to elevate this program I am afraid. I still think we can finish 5th or 6th, but that likely won’t cut it without some solid wins.

    GAWolf…you don’t want fouls to decide the outcome of a game…(sarcasm)…

    Four points by CJ Leslie on offensive rebounds wiped out by phantom foul calls…the ball went through the hoop by the time the whistle blew…

    I just wish there was a way to complain about the refs…in all honesty the cost us this game…

    I love how the Pack came back and played hard tonight.
    I love how the Pack didn’t quite during the final minute of tonight’s game

    We are not an NCAA tournament team but are playing closer in score against higher-tier competition, even if not pulling through against perceived superior teams.

    Hold your heads up, Guys! This is rebuilding.

    just not quite there yet. Maybe NIT bound. I would rather play 5 games in the NIT than 1 in the NCAA in the play in game

    The foul was on Zo (offensive) not UVA. He clearly pushed off. It was a bad set and we didn’t adjust mid-stream. Growing pains.

    Game ball goes to the guys in the stripes. I don’t think Virginia could have done it without them.
