Pack/Noles Game Thread

My only hope for this game is that nobody else gets hurt. Beating the Holes next week is pretty much the only remaining goal for the season. Plus I know my sports-related good fortune was all used up during Games 6 and 7 of the World Series.

See you sporadically in the comments, I will be in the car for most of the action.

“How the fuck does it take five minutes to review that?”

Once they know it’s overturned they have to gather all of the other details to get the game back to that state (i.e. where NC state was on the field, game clock, down and distance, etc). That’s why it takes longer when the play is over turned.

Wait until they figure out the can throw to the flat all day.

Why are we plying so soft?

Last 6 plays, incomplete, false start, incomplete, missed field goal, give up first down, give up first down.

The players are not that bad, coaching / playcalling is awful

We’re getting rolled. I agree with BJD – take the guys out and save something for UNC.

    It’s officially an embarrassment

The way were playing so far this 1st half, we couldn’t beat Chowan. Can’t block on the O-line, and can’t tackle on defense. Looks like TOB continues his 0-for-the-road against division opponents.

it aint the x’s and o’s, it’s the jimmy and joes

our D just got drug for 10 fuggin yards into the endzone

We look like we are stuck in mud compared to the FSU players. I hate watching us suck so badly in every single phase of the game. TOB has got to go.

Bunch of fat pukes on our offensive line.

  11. Khan 10/29/2011 at 12:46 PM #

    Another quality drive.

A bunch of people got all optimistic after last weeks win. I’ll take a win any day, but Virginia just out-sucked us. I really didn’t see anything we did to win that game, except maybe stay conservative.

There is no excuse for our O-Line to suck this bad in year 5 of TOB.

I hope Yow is getting her coaching list together

  14. PackFamily 10/29/2011 at 12:49 PM #

There aren’t injuries on the O-line. What is the excuse there ?

I swear just get rid of this scrub coach now. I called this when we hired him. We are worse now than when Amato left. jesus

  16. Khan 10/29/2011 at 12:51 PM #

Any reason TOB didn’t challenge that? Is there some rule about that or does he just suck like usual?

  17. SaccoV 10/29/2011 at 12:54 PM #

    Looks like a pick-6 is in short-order!

  18. Dogbreath 10/29/2011 at 12:55 PM #

F’ing eighth game of the year and we execute our offense like it’s the third day of spring practice.

  19. Mike 10/29/2011 at 12:58 PM #

The punt hit the FSU player. We recovered (Carter). What’s the problem? I guess TOB did not want to challenge b/c he did not want to risk injury to Glennnon.

One other stat I would like to see is YAC. We are hitting them early, but we dont wrap up, tackle, bring to the ground. Their YAC is huge.

  21. Wulfpack 10/29/2011 at 12:59 PM #

    Horrible throw by Glennon.

  22. Mike 10/29/2011 at 1:00 PM #

    Nice pass Glennon

  23. Khan 10/29/2011 at 1:00 PM #

Good job Glennon. You suck too.

  24. triadwolf 10/29/2011 at 1:01 PM #

Bad decision on that throw, he needed to throw that away or dump it underneath.

I’d run that slant and quick out to the receivers all day – we have no one within 10 yards of the receiver. That is 3 in a row for about 40 yards.
