In order to put a positive face on things, I will attempt to list some positive things about this football season:

– Based on our September play, beating the spread will be a much more realistic goal going forward.

– Boston College sucks as bad as we do, if not worse.

– Butch Davis still sheds a tear every time he sees a paleface litter.

– Unlike (every) basketball season, there’s no chance that Duke or the Holes can win the national championship and rub salt in the wound.

– Steven Hauschka, best offensive weapon for the Seattle Seahawks. Dental school will have to wait.

– Friday, bitches.

– My fantasy team is 3-0!! OK, that one probably only works for me. Hey, I’m trying my best, damn it.

– The NCAA just cleared the path for one SEC refugee to join our two deep. If we only can get 10 or 15 more of those, we’ll be set.

– The first appearance of fall weather might have you outside and forgetting that we play today.

– Russell Wilson is finally getting some national media attention and Heisman love.

– Friday, bitches (schadenfreude so nice, I listed it twice).

Its all good ‘Cured’. Just had to vent.
BJD, to be clear, I think Glennon has been quite good, and is certainly not the problem. My point about the RW situation was that I believe TOB may have lost the team’s allegiance, to an extent, with that decision. That’s just my speculation and admittedly without inside info.

Regardless of the quality of the calls, we are one good score away, ladies and gentlemen. We have the offensive weapons, if only we can protect them.

Unbelievable – I CANNOT BELIEVE the breaks we’re getting:
– penalty on GT’s TD run to close 1st half
– recover TJ’s fumble
– PJ goes for it on 4th and we get a brilliant spot

Why is ACC officiating so piss poor? 2 pass interferences that weren’t called could have made momentum differences, missed face mask, Bryan’s penalty, and then the bad spot which actually helped us. I don’t notice as many bad calls when i watch non-ACC games.

In the ACC, seems like officiating sucks in all sports.

At least we are playing hard. Finally good to see. We may not have enough today but I do think we’ve finally awakened and can be competitive. TOB’s teams usually string together a few down the stretch.
