Dump-offs for dunks.

Behind the back finds that would bring tears to Mark Jackson’s eyes.

And of course, the finishes, mid range pull ups and the deep three’s with a defender draped on him.

33 points for the kid from smaller-town North Carolina.

And absolutely no fear whatsoever.

And why would he have fear?

Kids got an offensive game and skill set bordering on genius.

And to think a lot of folks wondered if he was reaching when he verballed to NC State.

I’m thinking they’ll be lucky to hold onto him.

    So excited a Statesville (my hometown) kid is making it big! From word of mouth, his family sounds excited about his future at NCSU. Great family, couldn’t be happier for them.

    Well that was a tad uncalled for. Couldn’t have said “I’m thinking they’ll be happy with his progress/overall game”?? Subtle, perhaps subconscious, and probably not worth worrying about. But a dig nonetheless, implying he is now so good that a program as crappy as ours doesn’t deserve him.

    Still, very glad to hear he’s impressing.

    Tyler appears to be a pretty special athlete. As to Ray Mernagh’s commentary, if his mastery of the language is any gauge of his ability to see the future, Lewis is a lock here. And Ray Mernagh is an idiot.

    Well it took a few years, but it looks like the guard train is stopping at our station again. Now we just need some lethal size to be the other end of those wrap around passes.

    It’s a luxury to have a point in whom you have unwavering confidence. When Corch (just one example from the Pack) was running the show, I had no doubt that he would get the job done. Sounds like this kid might be of the same mold…

    i’m glad that sidney was in on lewis early.. look to the bottom of the espn clip on tyler and see “unc, … were also showing interest.” i’ve watched a few of his clips online.. he’s pretty good.. and i’m glad we have him.

    I’m thrilled we have him too. This area (Winston) has a knack for producing pretty damn solid basketball players.

    I’m glad he has a good relationship w/ Lutz and Oxley…Hopefully some good bigs will want to play him.

    okay? jason king… whatever credibility he had with me (none) just took a hit! and i don’t know why i read anything after he said billy gillespie would resurrect texas tech? and resurrect from what is my question! i guess i should have known earlier in the “article” when he mentions miami is becoming a “laughing stock” …okay, becoming? how about they have been exposed by lackluster performance in football and all of the sudden their basketball program is some kind of power because they joined the conference for FOOTBALL reasons and nothing else! maybe he was thinking the other college bball (baseball?) i don’t know! THE FOOL EVEN GOES ON TO SAY PAT KNIGHT WAS A GOOD HIRE? where was he working before and how did he even get that job?? and how much success has he had?

    and the “bad hires,” anderson and gottfried are two of them. cmon man.. YOU SIR ARE AN IDIOT! man, the mg hire caught me off guard but this is a GOOD HIRE. and on top of that, he’s hired some preTTy good assistants imho.. WHICH of these “good hires” has put together a staff as good as ours?? none would be my answer!
