    I’m still not sure about Javi’s playmaking ability and ball handling skills. I get nervous everytime he has the ball in his hands.

    Wow… we are looking good tonight. Dare I get excited? I will spare us all and still not expect a victory, or that this performance will continue, for that will most certainly be the kiss of death.

    Every time I’m encouraged to the point of expecting good things, bad things happened.

    So to karma and the basketball gods, I am just pleasantly surprised. I am NOT expecting a victory. Do you hear that, I am NOT expecting a victory.

    Ugh… had to switch computers… nice to see the lead still there! I can’t believe this team is actually hanging with Duke right now. We’ve come a long way from pre-season expectations.

    We’re very lucky to be in the lead. Even in the game for that matter. We have got to step it up in the 2nd half to win this one.

    Another thing Wood does well… he doesn’t throw half-ass, lazy passes… something that’s plagued our basketball teams for at least a decade and a half.

    I’m just curious… how can 5 random dudes watching at home agree that one person is playing poorly and needs to come out and yet our staff fails to see this at times?

    Is THAT much easier to see watching it at home?

    agreed wood also is one of the best players we have at making the entry pass to smith. wood is a good ball player. he needs to work on creating his own shot. but a very good player for a frosh
