In the first video – just one of many examples of Carolina Class exhibited on the Carter-Finley turf on Saturday afternoon – Greg Little barks and taunts an injured Jarvis Byrd. Many posters on other message boards say that it appears that Little spits or feigns a spitting action on the injured Byrd.
In this next video, UNC’s Marvin Austin shows off his ‘cool guy’ look after equaling Little’s 0-3 record vs NC State. In his comments, Austin echoes the comments of most from the Tar Heel camp that Carolina just played very poorly and that is why the Heels lost. (Newsflash to the Tar Heels — I saw most of your games this year — you played this way A LOT more often than you played as you did against Virginia Tech.)
Austin comments that the crowd wasn’t very loud and he expected more of the atmosphere. I would like to ask Marvin how in the hell he would know? It would have been next to impossible for any human to hear anything over the sound of his own voice with as much yapping and jawing and talking in which he engaged on Saturday. We may just need to go pull a little more video from Saturday to help make our point more visually.
