No surprises this evening as the Wolfpack’s trip to Birmingham is finalized for a match-up with Rutgers. Kickoff is set for 3pm on Monday, December 29th on ESPN.

    Everyone better check on/purchase parking pass if you are planning on tailgating at the stadium. I just bought one through papajohns website as an addition to tix. Wasnt sure if WPC got some and was offering. It would be awesome if most of the people tailgating at the stadium were Wolfpackers.

    the fact that these kids have interest in our program is more than Herb could do. So it is refreshing news if only in passing.

    To be fair, Herb had some highly ranked recruiting classes and some highly ranked kids…just not enough at any one time.

    I guess that I just got tired of reading about the kids that Doc Holliday had gotten interested in State. But for the most part, all that State ever got was a little interest from those high-profile kids.

    The Birmingham New is reporting that ticket sales are brisk for the bowl game, with local sales double what they were this time last year despite the move to monday afternoon and doubling the tix price. The new SEC tie in required them to double the price, and then they didn’t get an SEC school! State’s reported close to selling its 10k allotment.
