    USC : 17

Just a gut feeling…b/c I get a feeling TOB isn’t revealing all his cards. We don’t stack up on paper, but paper doesn’t suit up and put the jock strap on. Don’t know why I feel this way in a fist game with an SEC opponent, starting a freshman QB,… but I do. But don’t call Las Vegas quite yet….

Yeah, the Depth Chart is weird. However, this makes me think we have one hell of a coaching staff. They put some serious evaluation into every position. Two walk-on fullbacks?? what is there like some Chia-Fullback you can buy somewhere.

Curtis Crouch demoted? I like the kid, but somebody whooped his butt in practice, that’s probably what bringing the DT’s over does.

    Pack 12, Cocks 33.
    are we playing The Price
    Is Right rules? closest
    without going over?

Wilson was a gamer in the baseball team’s run, I hope that mentality translates to the football field. The kid plays to win.

Price is Right rules it is…closest without going over. Our defense is better than their offense, as well as their defense is better than our offense. Very low score comparetively speaking for a Spurrier coached team. I do believe we will see him throw the visor at least once in this game….

We have a good chance at SC becuase they’re weak at the QB position. I think we will see Evans play. I predict some QB rotation.

It is not uncommon in the Big10 for the entire starting OL to be given a rest after 3 or 4 series. The depth chart could reflect chemistry created on 2 separate squads.

Smart move. This will be a difficult game to win anyway, so why not start a new guy and see how he handles himself in a real game.

If we were to start Daniel and had to pull him out, that would put a lot of pressure on Wilson, but if we started with Wilson and things got out of control you could always go back to Daniel, the veteran, to settle things down.

Wise decision by TOB and staff.

It will be very difficult to move the ball against SC defense. Their offense is a bit of a question mark right now. But the defense is basically the same that started the season 6-0 last year and got the top ten ranking before injuries and other problems. Diffcult venue to play in as well for a green quarterback. All aspects of our offense need to be clicking to keep their defense guessing. I will be at this game but I am hoping it doesn’t get out of control.

Wilson will play very similar to JB, who had a pretty impressive opening against Bama in ’96.

What’s going on with Andre Brown? I know he reinjured the foot in spring practice, but is he still hurt? Is he getting reps in practice? And so on.

packnsack – he’s fine now. The last scrimmage he got most of the reps and TOB said all he needs to do is just get his stamina up. TOB had alot of good things to say about him though as far as running the ball.
