Car Crash

Since NC State’s football season continues to resemble a painful car crash that one just can’t avoid, I thought that I was share this link to ‘related’ story from our friends at Deadspin. Deadspin is always on top of their game…and the events reminded me of a Southpark episode that has been edited in the following video that we are sharing in hopes to start your Monday with a smile. More later.

Beck should clip this comment and put it under his pillow…Ouch!

From the N&O: Louisville coach Steve Kragthorpe said his pass defense, which entered the game ranked 104th in the country and allowing more than 282 yards per game, played a more sound game than the one against Syracuse.

“We wanted to make them move the ball,” Kragthorpe said. “We didn’t feel like they could do it on a consistent basis and we thought that [Beck] would throw it to us a couple of times and he did.”

Another nice stat: Matt Kushner dropped 3 passes.

Let’s also not forget that state is missing some key people this year due to injury who would make significant all-Conf contributions. Anthony Hill and Toney Baker immediately come to mind. Plus you lose Jerrail McCuller over the DWI and him getting hurt is probably a function of missing alot of valuable field time.

The old people video was funny though.
