    My vote goes to Beck too. We won’t go anywhere this season. Why not use it to raise Beck… I think he has talent.

    Beck is good rolling out he just makes a lot of very low percentage throws

    I cannot believe anyone is contemplating pulling Beck. Evans is horrifying and it appears that Burke is a distant 3rd option.

    Beck’s got 224 yards passing in the first half, 14 of 27, and a rushing touchdown, but with three interceptions and a fumble. We’re lucky to be down only 7, but eliminate the mistakes and we could win this ball game.

    Those very low percentage throws are intended to loosen the defense to open up some underneath runs. Problem is, our fat offensive lineman can’t even open holes when they have a 5 to 3 advantage.

    I think dragging Stone on underneath routes could be a good choice sans a running game.

    Of course, you throw deep to loosen up a defense but i still say he airs it out too much.

    Well, that last pick was really, really bad. That hurts hugely. No loosening up the D there – just a bad throw.

    Beck has a bit of Reggie Ball in him. Hope he gets better.

    I am betting Beck comes back out too – I think he just needs the work.
