    Off topic, but I saw this in the Charlotte paper today:

    About nine years ago, I had that same thing happen to me by the then-editor of the Wolfpacker. It’s not the folks that are there now…this guy went on to write for TheACC.com. I blew it off the first time it happened, but it happened AGAIN right at the start of basketball season with some notes that I passed on to Zeke’s NCSU basketball page regarding quotes that I had procured at the ACC’s basketball pre-season press conference.

    No, I did not blow it off the second time. The guy had the balls to try and defend what he did.

    Laziness, stupidity and a total lack of self-awareness all in one package.

    On the upside, it definitely shows the adaptibility that Euro ballers posses. Even though he’s played his whole life according to International rules, he clearly positioned her inside of where our dotted circle would be.

    Result: No charge and I’m sure they exchaged numbers (or atleast insurance carriers) afterward.

    All of you guys are always jumping on Duke/K for implementing the charging call as a defensive weapon, but it was the inventor of the four corners offense, Dean Smith, who started that crap. I hated it then, and I hate it now, but Duke is just following in line.
