Jolie looks like she can suck the chrome off a kickstand.

Regardless of Oden’s position, he can flat out play and you can’t go wrong with the guy. unless he has injury problems that he can’t overcome.

^^No argument with EITHER of McPete’s comments above. I will say that I would take Durant over any center that has come out in the last 4-5 years — but Oden is definitely not your usual center.

TNCSU – Duncan is going to go down as the greatest PF of all time, and it’s not even going to be close. He’s averaged less than 20 points once, and that was last year when he played hurt; he’s never averaged less than 10 rebounds. He’s about to win his 4th ring. That’s a dominant player.

Any discussion about what you need to win championships has to exclude Jordan’s Bulls. There was one Jordan, he’s gone now. The only players who come close to his ability to carry a team from the wing position right now are Wade and Kobe, and neither is the kind of complete player/competitor Jordan was, nor do they have a player as good as Pippen to help them. Almost every other team to win a championship has done so with a dominant post player.

Oden has to be the pick; he’s the best post prospect since Duncan. He’s an amazing athlete, a dominant defensive presence, a seemingly good human being and has underrated offensive skills. If he weren’t such a dominant shot blocker, we’d probably be falling all over ourselves about Oden’s offensive abilities. He’s not as smooth or polished as Durant, but he averaged 16 points despite being double or triple-teamed most games and playing the majority of the year without his right hand and out of shape because of missed time from that injury. He’s got solid footwork already and his left hand is way better than most post guys coming in because of what he had to do last year. He shot 63% from the free-throw line with his left hand, for goodness sake. In comparison, 15-year NBA veteran Shaquille O’Neal shot 42% last year with his dominant hand. I love Durant, I love watching him drain 25 footers like they’re layups and I think he’s a fantastic prospect, but you just can’t pass up on Oden, he’s too good.

And, on the last and most important issue, Neither Aniston or Jolie is the top pick (though Aniston is higher on my draft board). Scarlett Johansson gets the top spot.

Good points all the way around! Speaking of points though, and the Anniston/Jolie issue, I believe I’d take Erin Anders over any of them. I mean, could imagine her lying there in bed, and the two of you just talking about sports all night long.

Of course, you have to mix in some music, I guess, because my top pick would have have the Euro flair — Rachel Stevens. If you’ve never heard or seen her, you’re missing something….

I don’t if Cedar has seen this thread or not, but I would think his talk show choice would be Rosie O. I’m thinking that would kind of be in line with his other posts.

“rosie she’s just a disgusting person inside and out, everbody is a little pudgy but rosie is worse than the rest of us, her mind is weak, everything she touches is turns to failure, i bet barbara is really wishing she never hired rose, if she worked for me id look her in her fat ugly face and tell her your fired! ill probaby sue her, just because it would be fun, i want to take some money out of those fat pockets, you know shes lucky she has a girlfriend and i might just send one my friends over to take her out, because why would you be with rosie if you had another choice.”

There’s a whole lot of projection going on in Trump’s comments.

HEY GUYS, LETS GET BACK TO HOT WOMEN, IM SORRY FOR BRINGING UP ROSIE. I WAS only thinking about that Elisabeth chick on the show, who is totally do-able.

this thread has gone down a slippery slope… but i would bet that elisabeth girl could suck a golf ball thru a garden hose.
