You can find criticism of anything if you try but why try? Let’s be happy the course is finally going to happen…it has been sorely needed for many years.

You mean the par 3 “course” at the Faculty Club isn’t good enough anymore?

  6. stateguy08 04/09/2007 at 6:40 PM #

it’s not a par 3 course, nothing about it has anything to do with par 3, there is no par, it’s for practice

Great news. Apparently they lowered the naming rights from $5M to $3M.

Shame no one would pony up the $5M, got to be the cheapest naming rights for a major university golf course in recent years.

I signed up as a Charter Member. You can get one for $5k while they last.

“The par three golf course, which looks over the N.C. State Veterinary School, is one of the best nine-hole, par three courses in the area. The course has 18 tees with ranges from 85 to 120 yards.”

That was taken striaght from their website, http://www.ncsuclub.com. The last time I was there it barely had grass and holes.
