ACCT Friday – Evening Session Thread

I am far too anxious to give in-depth, useful analysis. Simply put, we have to stop either Singletary or Reynolds, or hope that one of them is cold. Plus, State really needs some offense from Grant, Fells, and/or Horner. We can’t rely solely on 3 players every night – especially when you can expect the Cavs to get very physical with Costner. Can we do it? Yes. Will we do it? Let’s see, shall we? NC State’s 2007 local cable HD debut is moments away…

Also, on a lesser (but still important front), you need to lose your innate affinity for the underdog at 9:30. If Wake goes farther than us in the ACCT, it wouldn’t surprise me if they snatched away the Pack’s NIT bid. May Harvey Hale remember that he’s Harvey Hale tonight.

It’s starting to get out of control again.

    UGH. Fells.

  5. Dan 03/09/2007 at 8:52 PM #

How can Fells miss by THAT much?

There is some sort of force field on the lead.

  6. tvp 03/09/2007 at 8:53 PM #

    DAMN

Another great run – we’ve had two this half – cuts it to three, then two chances to get down 1 or tie, and we get a TO (off a nice pass attempt) and then Fells ariballs an open trey.

Still, regardless of how this turns out, I LOVE the way this team is scrapping.

Know what I like about Nieman? He doesn’t just fuck up for no reason (eyeball towards Grant).

  19. tvp 03/09/2007 at 9:03 PM #

For all the hate I throw at Gavin sometimes, he’s having a solid, solid second half, aside from one dumb TO.

  20. WolfPup35 03/09/2007 at 9:05 PM #

Like I have said a thousand times before….McCauley is a freaking MONSTER!

Need to keep moving the ball and moving without the ball. It looks like the Cavs are the ones who are getting tired. Last couple of threes have all been short.
