Coach Cal might not be back next season to coach the Tigers. The Eyewitness Sports team just uncovered John Calipari and his staff visited Raleigh, North Carolina Monday, to look over North Carolina State’s facilities.

    This is getting so stupid. ESPN says he visits. THen they says he didn’t. Then you say they did. Jesus – just back off and let it happen. Calipari at State would be the greatest for NCS, the ACC, and the networks.

    Who was it in wrestling that said “To be the MAN you got to beat the MAN!” Calipari has to come into the Big 3 to face off against UNC, Duke and maybe WF. If he goes mano a mano with them and is competitive — he goes down in ACC history as in all the books written about the ACC. Read 4 corners or some of the other history books about Case, McGuire and Bones. Those are tales of wonder about the ACC.

    So I say Cal. Get here fast. Make your place and lets kick some UNC and DUke butt!

    lol — Imagine the security guy having a little fun after the 10th State fan called about Calipari being there. So he calls the janitor in the basement — “Hey Fred, flip the lights off and then on a couple of times — that should freak ’em out”

    There are several of us NCSU lovers over on the Memphis boards. They are freaking out over there too. There are several posts saying Cali is staying, the next is who do we replace Cali with. They seem to be as confused as us.
