State headed to Nebraska for NCAA

The NCAA Baseball Tournament field is set.

The Wolfpack is headed to Nebraska as a #2 seed and has finished the regular season ranked #23 in the country. State has not hosted a regional at the newly renovated Doak Field, and any outside chance that the Pack was going to host this year was killed when our famously financially conservative Athletics Department bid remarkably low and out of market.

The ACC landed 7 teams in this year’s tournament.
