Len Elmore with about 1:30 left in the game said “Winning is an attitude.” Too true. And NCSU doesn’t have it. Duke does. And it all comes from the coach–leadership and expectations. Duke was all too primed for a loss. The Dookies had reeled off a much better start to the season than they deserved and were short two key big men. At the end of the first half, Shelden Williams and J.J. Redick were on the bench.
